What must I do to be saved?

Image
What must I do to be saved?   No one gets out alive, so this beyond doubt the most important question you can ever ask yourself! In fact, the Bible was written “so that you know that you have eternal life” (1 John 6:13) First, according to Scripture, you need to realize that you are a sinner. If you do not realize you are a sinner, you will not recognize your need for a SAVIOR. The Bible teaches we “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Furthermore, you must repent of your sins. Repentance is an old English word that describes a willingness to turn from our sin toward Jesus Christ. It literally means a complete U-turn on the road of life- a change of heart and a change of mind. It means you are willing to follow Jesus and to receive Him as your savior and Lord. Jesus said “Repent and believe the good news! (Mark 1;15).  Finally, to demonstrate true belief means to be willing to receive. To truly receive is to trust in and depend on Jesus Chr...

REMOVING THE BOOKS OF PAUL

Image
There is a movement to remove the Books of Paul from the Bible. In fact, he is called by some to be a false Apostle. Why would the devil be so aggressively seeking to discredit Paul and remove his Books from the Bible? The answer is very easy... Paul tells us that he is the Apostles of the Gentiles and that the Gentiles are saved by Grace...not works. By removing these Books from the Bible...you remove the Gospel of Grace (1 Corinthians 15:1-4), which is what is taught by Paul. No Grace through the shed blood of Jesus Christ...no salvation. Rev. Can Forgiveness of Sins Free me From Demons?

Image
The story of Mary Magdalene, as found in John Chapter 8,  is the perfect example of how the forgiveness of sins can lead to deliverance from demons. In John chapter 8, the scribes and pharisees brought Mary Magdalene to Jesus to test Him. Jesus knowing that they were hypocrites, challenged them by reminding them that they too were sinful, and most likely were fornicators themselves (He who looks at a woman with lust, has committed adultery with her in his heart, Matthew 5:27-28). This is why we need Jesus. No matter how good we may think we are, we are still sinners that need a savior. Now we know that indeed Mary Magdalene was caught in adultery, a charge like this most likely required to be witnessed by 2 or 3 witnesses. If Jesus had answered incorrectly, He could have been arrested.  2 things are important in this story: He without sin cast the first stone (John 8:7). You Hypocrites, first remove the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remov...
